Control and documentation

Quality that is planned, checked and documented.

From drawing approval to final installation checks, each stage has a defined purpose.

Quality control begins before cutting.

Accuracy comes from correctly approved information, controlled processing, component identification and inspection where a deviation would affect the next stage.

Before manufacture

Confirmation of dimensions, drawings, materials, finishes, mechanisms and scope.

During manufacture

Checks of critical processes, digital component identification and assembly verification.

At installation

Verification of fit, operation and finish against the agreed scope.

CE and IFC certifications

Woodline holds CE marking for external doors and four verified IFC/Kiwa certificates covering timber fire door manufacture, fire-resistant glazed screen manufacture and timber door installation. The CE Declaration of Performance remains pending review.

Certified manufacturing and installation scope.

The certificates are issued by IFC Certification Ltd, part of the Kiwa UK Group. Their validity depends on continuing compliance, surveillance and the limitations of the referenced reports.
